COUGARS SERVE

As part of Crestline's commitment to community service, each year we partner with Brookville Elementary School in Graysville, AL to provide the school with much needed assistance in the form of food, supplies and holiday gifts. Typically, for our first collection of the year we collect cleaning supplies, but this year Brookville has that need met through a Covid-related grant. Instead, we are collecting five dollar gift cards for the following stores: Dollar General, Target, WalMart, Subway, McDonald's, Sonic or Arby's.  Alternatively you may Venmo your donation to Andria Cleghorn (@Andria-Cleghorn). The donated items will be used for student incentives at Brookville.

All students are invited to donate.  Please send your Venmo or deliver your gift cards to homeroom teachers anytime between September 13th and the 24th.  Your support is greatly appreciated, and it's just another example of how we strive to be Cougar STRONG all day long.

Please contact Leanna Pittard (lbpittard@gmail.com or (205) 586-7791) with any questions.

COUGAR CONTRIBUTORS

A HUGE thank you to all who supported the Cougar Contributor campaign.  Your generosity will directly impact every student and teacher in the classroom through technology and curriculum enhancements, stipends for teachers and so much more.  These funds are also used to support the events that make Crestline special, including: the Fall Festival, Veterans' Day Celebration, the 6th grade play, robotics and STEM, and Teacher Appreciation week, just to name a few.  Thank you again for continuing to make Crestline Elementary the amazing place that it is!

If you are a donor at the Diamond, Platinum, Gold or Silver level and have not received information regarding the Pumpkin Run, please contact Leslie Corts at lesliecorts@gmail.com.

CRESTLINE CHARACTER TRAIT

Each month Crestline focuses on one character trait.  This months' trait is INITIATIVE.  Initiative is seeing what needs to be done and doing it.  The students will learn about initiative in counseling and the trait will be incorporated in their growth and learning.
