We would like to invite you to join the PTO’s Grand Circle. The Grand Circle provides Crestline grandparents and other special relatives an opportunity to support our school with 100% of the tax deductible contributions going directly back to the school. All participants will be invited to attend a special Grand Circle event with their grandchildren at the school on Friday, November 17, 2023.

As you already know, our tax dollars cover the needs of our schools, but not the extras. Last year, the PTO used funds from the Grand Circle to:

Provide resources and appropriate furniture for a new STEM classroom and two Spanish classrooms
Provide new lunchroom furniture
Provide interactive Viewsonics for two special education classrooms
Provide funds for school-wide events, like Fall Festival and the upcoming Cougar Creativity Conference.
Provide professional development for teachers and administrators

As you plan your contribution to Crestline Elementary through Grand Circle, please keep in mind that we will be kicking off a check-writing campaign to continue to fundraise for our playground renovation. You will receive information about the Crestline Elementary Village Green: A Playground for Everyone campaign in the coming months. Our hope is that your family will choose to not only support Crestline Elementary through the Grand Circle, but also plan ahead to partner with us to build the Crestline Elementary Village Green: a Playground for Everyone.

In sum, you will be able to contribute to Crestline School in two ways that offer benefits: you may donate now to Grand Circle (annual option for grandparents; 100% of funds raised applied to the school, teachers, and PTO sponsored events), and later to the Village Green Partners (2023-2024 year only for parents, grandparents, and the entire community; 100% of funds raised applied towards Playground Renovation.).

All donations must be received by September 1, 2023.

To become a Grand Circle Member, please click the link at the top of the page to fill out the online form, choose a giving level, then you may pay one of these ways:

Paying online with a credit card, which will include a 3% processing fee.
Paying with a check. Complete the same process as paying online, but select "pay with check" at checkout. Then mail your check to Cougar PTO, PO Box 130088, Birmingham, Al 35213.
